The Clock Is Ticking on $8,000 credit

Good afternoon Heritage Park!



I hope all is well with you all. I wanted to send a friendly reminder to all of you who are or may have friends and family who are wanting to take advantage of the $8000 first time homebuyer tax credit.



The deadline to receive this credit is approaching fast November 30, 2009. I know some have misconceptions on this date but I wanted to clarify that it means that you MUST CLOSE by that date. The timeframes for most transactions are a follows:



Conventional Loans can close in about 30 days.

FHA Loans can usually close in about 45 days

VA Loans can close in about 45 days.

Cash is the easiest and can close in a little as a week.



If you are planning on buying do not hesitate because the Title Companies work by appointments and they could be booked solid towards the end of November.



Purpose of this post is to make sure that you don't wait until the last minute!!!
