Homeowner Tax Breaks
Good afternoon to all,
I am placing this post on my site to help some of you who don't understand where to start. I spoke with a couple today that had never filed for their Homestead Exemption. Filing this exemption for your primary residence could help to save you as much as 25% on your taxes each year.
I also want those of you who are just taking it in stride about your homes value going up each year to start protesting your market value. Not saying that everyone shouldn't pay their fair share but if it is not what your home is worth then speak up for yourselves. No one will look out for you better than you.(except me of course!!!) So I have attached the paper work you will need to file your Homestead to this post. Have a great evening and talk to you soon!!!
