Good afternoon Heritage Park friends and neighbors. Many of you may have read the Heritage Park Friendswood Fall Newsletter. But for those of you who may have missed it, I have an important update from our HOA.
The Heritage Park HOA dues are increasing from $240, to $293. which will become effective in 2010. The increase is due to current maintenance requirements for our community as well as future infrastructure improvements.
I have tracked our community sales and real estate trends for the past five years. The increase should help update our amenities, and ensure that our sales prices and number of homes sold per year continues to grow as they have in the past.
