    Please, accuracy counts. Heritage Park subdivision is NOT in the city of Friendswood. The sub-division is in the City of Houston's ETJ but not yet part of any city. There is a small MUD tax but no city taxes. Heritage Park is serviced by both the Friendswood and Webster post offices hence the address.
