Sales for the month of February

The number of homes sold in the month of February in Heritage Park reached 13. The Avg. List Price= $130,995
Sales Price= $ 128,572
Square FT= 1825

I've decided to get even more detailed for our section(8) and the numbers are as follows:
January only one home was sold and it was by Coldwell Banker United Realtors.
List Price= $139,900
Sales Price= $142,400
Square FT= 2104

No homes sold in February for section 8 and there are currently 3 homes Listed on the market for the month of March.
Avg List Price= $147,966
Avg Square Ft= 2215
